Scholarships
DescriptionInitially, you will establish a solid foundation of technical competence and skills with courses such as accounting, finance, information technology, management ethics, and international business, all the while developing effective management skills.

As the only university in Alberta to offer Data Management, you will gain an understanding and working knowledge of large data sets, data analysis methods, and the ability to make business decisions based on data.

Acquiring, validating, processing, and understanding data is an important skill for any workplace. Governments analyze census data to inform their programming and policies; the business world uses data to gauge consumer interest and inform marketing strategies, and all industries gather and analyze data to improve their output and efficiencies.
