DescriptionStatistics involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, and calls for strong mathematical skills and an interest in problem-solving. Statistics and statistical modelling are essential and in-demand skills that are used in many types of research and industries, from science and medicine to economics and finance.

The Statistics program allows you to choose from an extensive selection of courses on subjects ranging from the experimental, such as sampling techniques and statistical inference, to the theoretical, such as probability theory and stochastic processes. Graduates from this program can apply to become an Associate Statistician.
