Description | You’ll design dynamic experiences, create compelling game art, manage the production process and formulate the mechanics that make games work. GAME is offered concurrently at Brock and Niagara College. The program provides opportunities to explore the game space from every angle. You’ll look at the creative and cultural context of games; the history of games, game platforms and design; and production paradigms. You’ll also examine core issues that surround games, such as play, agency, narrative, dynamics and immersion. Intensive production courses are offered in Years 2, 3 and 4 of the program. In these courses, you’ll work in collaborative groups to create game components, prototypes and fully realized games. | | |
