DescriptionPreserving and protecting the planet is more important than ever, and this program explores how citizens, corporations and governments resist or embrace and enact eco-friendly ideas and approaches. You’ll learn how to research and resolve environmental issues through fieldwork, consulting for external clients, investigating urban sustainability issues in downtown Toronto, going on international exchange and pursuing an optional practicum. Your ability to interpret various environments, analyze people’s behaviour and critique sustainable initiatives will empower you to affect change in communities of all scales.
