Description | Explore the options psychology offers, and open up a world of careers. Find the right fit for you. Examine theories and research exploring human thought, feeling and behaviour; the processes and factors that shape who we become through the study of cognition, emotion and mental health; and technology’s application in psychology, e.g., electroencephalography (EEG) and galvanic skin response (GSR) readers. Upon graduation, you will earn an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology and a Diploma in General Arts & Science.
A minimum of 70% of your core courses are psychology courses and you may choose to specialize in one of three areas: Psychology of Business, Psychological Data Analytics, or Sports Psychology. In the third-year course Applied Study in Psychology, you complete at least 100 hours in a workplace experience that reflects your career goals. | | |
