Description | This career-focused geography program will teach you to use state-of-the-art geographic information systems (GIS), mapping and remote sensing technology to examine real-world issues including economic development, urban growth, poverty, public health and climate change. Hands-on labs, a 350-hour internship in the public or private sector, research and consulting projects with external clients, fieldwork including local and international field trips and opportunities for international exchange will prepare you to provide innovative solutions in a variety of fields.
