Description | The educational aim of the MRC Mitochondrial Biology Unit PhD programme is to train our PhD students to work at the forefront of contemporary mitochondrial research. This will prepare them with for leading careers in academic research or in biomedical industry. In addition, our training is an excellent preparation for many other careers including publishing, management, patent law or education.
