Description | Project managers are involved with a project throughout its lifecycle; from early feasibility and design stages, through to construction and handover. The role has a wide range of applications, from the management of new build projects, maintenance and refurbishment, to strategic asset management. Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), this project management course prepares you for a variety of project management roles in the construction industry.
