DescriptionDo you find yourself designing machines or drawing designs of intricate machines and robots for fun? Mechanical engineering gives you a chance to design, develop, build, and test mechanical devices. You will have the ability to work with tools, engines, and machines throughout the entire program. Our Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering will train you to elevate your skill in machine design and become a mechanical engineering professional prepared to fill the needs of both private industry and government.

Learn how to design and build for general-purpose machinery manufacturing, automotive parts manufacturing, management of other companies and testing laboratories all within the context of a Christian worldview. This program will focus on developing hands-on, practical technical skills using both lecture and lab environment. Your assignments will mimic what you might encounter in real-world situations. The curriculum will prepare you to apply mathematical and scientific principles to design engineering solutions, as well as develop operational evaluations of physical systems used in manufacturing and end-product systems. In other words, we will train you to use engineering methodology to develop machines and other products to make processes more efficient than they are now.
