Description | If you are interested in current events, public speaking, research, and writing, then a degree in journalism may be the right fit for you. Equip yourself for a fast-paced career in an exciting field by pursuing our bachelor’s degree in journalism. This degree will teach you how to construct news pieces appropriate for the current media industry. You’ll gain the skills you need to become a sports writer, reporter, producer, or freelance writer.
You will be provided with industry standard facilities, including our two HD television studios and over $1 million in audio and video equipment. Because of the resources available to them, some of our journalism graduates have gone on to work for companies such as Fox News, CNN, NBC, ABC, and the U.S. Congress to name a few.
