Description | Understanding mental processes in health and disease goes hand in hand with understanding how the brain works. Our brains are complex biological systems, operating at multiple levels and constantly shaping and being shaped by our experience. This course, offered by one of the world’s leading centres for neuroscience research, will enable students to understand the interplay between mental and neural processes. The course will focus on psychological sciences and the exciting, growing areas of cognitive/systems/computational neuroscience.
