Description | Do you want to develop your creative writing skills and learn about the different styles of writing already out there? The study of Creative Writing and English Literature will give you the opportunity to develop your own writing across a wide variety of texts, from poetry and drama to fiction and creative non-fiction. You’ll study the development of ‘English’ as a multicultural literary landscape, as well as key theories that explore the impact of race, gender, class, national identity and ethnicity on the production and reading of literary texts. Our students get the chance to learn from experts in different fields of writing and publishing and by the end of your studies you’ll have learned the skills required for writing as a professional practice.
