Description:If you want to explore the strong relationship between mathematics and financial analysis, this course is for you. You learn from experts involved in research in pure and applied mathematics, as well as finance. The latest research informs our teaching, including: partial differential equations, numerical analysis, and mathematical finance.

During your integrated Masters year you develop skills from both subjects and apply them to an advanced research project. To support your career development, you use industry-standard software (such as MATLAB, SAS and R) to develop analytical and modelling skills. Applicants are required to have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) 80%from 6 grade 12 U, U/C or M courses. We also recognise the High School Diploma from other provinces -including Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick- where we look for strong performance in grade 12 subjects, and the Diplome d'Etudes Collegiales (DEC) from Quebec. Evidence of existing academic ability in Mathematics to a high level is essential. Our entry requirements are guidelines and we assess all applications on a case-by-case basis.
